Kokoro X OpenMoney Prize Draw T&Cs

1. Introduction

1.1 This document sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to participation in the OpenMoney research survey prize draw.

1.2 The Promoter is “OpenMoney", which is a registered trading style ofOpenMoney Adviser Services Ltd registered at WeWork St. Peter’s Square, 1 St.Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 3DE. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

1.3 By entering this Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Participation

2.1 To participate in the Prize Draw entrants must:

a) be aged 18 or over; and

b) be resident in the United Kingdom.

c) Complete the Kokoro/OpenMoney research survey before midnight on Wednesday the16th of March 2022.

Or

d) Opt in to enter the prize draw at the relevant question at the end of the survey. Alternatively, entry can be granted by providing contact details via written submission to Kokoro (Hart House, 6 London Road, St Albans,AL1 1NG, UK), headed “OpenMoney Prize Draw”.

2.2 All entries must be received before the end of the date given in 2.1c. All entries received after this date will not be counted.

2.3 Employees of OpenMoney, Kokoro or any related companies, and their family members, are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.

2.4 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any incomplete or fraudulent entries.

2.5 Only one entry per submission is permitted.

3. The Prize

3.1 Kokoro will choose the winner(s) at random from all valid entries by midnight on Wednesday the 23rd of March and the winner(s) will be contacted byOpenMoney via the contact details supplied.

3.2 Three winners will be selected to win £100 amazon voucher per winner.

3.3 The prizes must be claimed by midnight on Wednesday the 20th of April 2022. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if any of the prizes are not claimed by this date, the Promoter shall select the next winner at random from the remaining entrants.

3.4 There is no cash alternative and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

3.5 The winner’s name and county will be available upon request by writing to thePromoter within one month after the prizes have been claimed.

3.6 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. General

4.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence on any matter concerning the Prize Draw will be entered into.

4.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Prize Draw early or to extend any closing date.  Should the Promoter choose to extend the Prize Draw closing date, the dates in 2.1c and 3.1 will be extended by a number of days equal to the extension.

4.4 These Terms are governed by English law and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

5. Privacy

5.1 As a result of an entrant’s participation in the survey collection and Kokoro/OpenMoney prize draw, OpenMoney and Kokoro will access some personal data from the entrant. 5.2 To the extent that elements of the prize(s) are being provided by a third party, the personal data of the winners may be passed on to that third party for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.
