The WorkLife platform is very simple for firms to set up online, linking up with payroll information, so employees can see all their benefits and salary in one place. It is just as simple for workers themselves to log on to the platform, via a computer, tablet or a smartphone, so they can choose their benefits and keep track of what they have.
You'll be reporting into our Head of Operations as the Operations Executive you'll be assisting the support of the day to day running of the WorkLife platform through portal build, development, and support.
On a day to day basis as the Operations Executive you'll
Everyday may not be different, but there will be times where you'll be required to adapt to sudden changes. Details are of importance and you'll learn to distinguish between those that are crucial and those that can wait. Prioritisation skills and confident decision making will be expected, not right away of course as we'll be here to support you in understanding the difference. Those skills should accompany patience and the mental resilience to deal with things under different types of pressure, not just the big things but also the small things.
There will be plenty of scope for making this role your own as you'll progress long term into an Account Manager role, solely responsible for a portfolio of clients.
