As an Operations Executive do you want a role that has career progression? As an Operations Executive do you have an interest in employee benefits? As an Operations Executive are you willing to learn?

Who are WorkLife by OpenMoney?

Most employee benefits providers have focused on big companies because of the size and sheer numbers of staff. WorkLife recognise small companies and their employees make up the biggest chunk of UK businesses and the country’s workforce. Our desire to help support employees in every aspect of their life is at the heart of the company’s mission.

WorkLife offers a range of benefits and services usually only available to staff at big corporate organisations. The platform has been designed to be cost-effective and easy for both small businesses and their employees to use.

The WorkLife platform is very simple for firms to set up online, linking up with payroll information, so employees can see all their benefits and salary in one place. It is just as simple for workers themselves to log on to the platform, via a computer, tablet or a smartphone, so they can choose their benefits and keep track of what they have.
