The WorkLife platform is very simple for firms to set up online, linking up with payroll information, so employees can see all their benefits and salary in one place. It is just as simple for workers themselves to log on to the platform, via a computer, tablet or a smartphone, so they can choose their benefits and keep track of what they have.

What will I be doing?

OpenMoney are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to create and implement the marketing strategy for their workplace benefits platform,WorkLife by OpenMoney. This is a newly created role for the launch of a new business, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a great opportunity for someone to be part of building a brand from the ground up, with support from the OpenMoney marketing team. You'll work with senior stakeholders in WorkLife to build a marketing plan integrated with the sales department and process to launch and grow the business.

  • Create and implement brand and marketing strategy to achieve business new sales objectives and ongoing customer communications
  • Responsibility over marketing budget
  • Managing external agencies
  • Collaborate with clients and providers to create an integrated customer communications plan
  • Working with and reporting to senior management
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and accurate understanding of the sales funnel
  • Alignment with the other brands marketing activity within OpenMoney group
  • Evaluate and analyse performance and progress towards strategic objectives and report

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of delivering effective B2B campaigns
  • Previous experience of working with and reporting performance to senior management
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter mentality  
  • Previous experience in budget management
  • Confident in knowledge of full marketing mix
