The Role

Your FCA knowledge will be needed as our Compliance Monitoring Officer at OpenMoney to conduct risk assessments, which involves analysing advice risks as well as identifying, describing and estimate how these risks can affect OpenMoney.

You’ll be reviewing advice provided by our Financial Advisers and robo-advice system. Prepare risk reporting in an appropriate way to different audiences so they understand the most significant risks. Your expertise will also be required when conducting audits of policy and compliance to standards required by the Compliance Oversight.


As our Compliance Monitoring Officer, *you’ll have experience of working for an FCA regulated firm* in compliance or advice suitability role. You’ll be able to problem solve and make decisions as well as being analytical with a great eye for detail. Negotiation, planning and organisational skills are what you’ll bring to the office every day, while drinking a cup of coffee freshly made by one of the Barista’s.

You’ll have a strong background in finance products (Personal Pensions, ISAs, GIAs) with a minimum of two years’ experience in a financial advice services company. You’ll have a minimum level 4 industry qualification and OpenMoney will assist you in developing your career further in the industry.
