Telesales Executive

WorkLife by OpenMoney is seeking motivated, driven and passionate Telesales Executives to work in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver business objectives.

What am I responsible for?

  • Working with the Channel Managers, actively contributing to the objectives and plans for WorkLife
  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads
  • Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products
  • Accurately recording details of calls made and call outcomes
  • Generating promising leads for the Channel managers to pursue
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services in order to answer customer questions
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
  • Acting as a role model for the company behaviours at all times

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Customer focused
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining focus whilst working on repetitive tasks
  • Enjoys working at pace
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing and active team player
