The WorkLife platform is very simple for firms to set up online, linking up with payroll information, so employees can see all their benefits and salary in one place. It is just as simple for workers themselves to log on to the platform, via a computer, tablet or a smartphone, so they can choose their benefits and keep track of what they have.

What is the role?

Reporting into the Head of Operations the Operations Executive will assist in supporting the day to day running of the WorkLife platform. On a day to day basis the Operations Executive will

  • Support our customers with the functions of the portal
  • Handle account and client queries

Everyday may not be different, but there will be times where you will be required to adapt to sudden changes. Details are of importance and the right person will learn to distinguish between those that are crucial and those that can wait. Prioritisation skills and confident decision making will be expected, not right away of course, and those skills should accompany patience and the mental resilience to deal with things under different types of pressure, not just the big things but also the small things.

There will be plenty of scope for making this role your own as you go progress, and long term we are looking to develop this role into an Account Management role, solely responsible for a portfolio of clients.
